Finetech Industry Limited will supply the chemicals or services required by the buyer subject to the terms and conditions below.
1Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are in U.S. Dollars under CIF terms. Quotations generally include shipping cost and are valid for one month. The buyer is responsible for payment of all bank fees, taxes, duties, excise, customs, inspection and testing fees, and any other charge imposed by a government authority.
2Shipping
Small quantity orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL door-to-door delivery service. Bulk quantity orders are shipped by air or sea at the customer's request.
3Hazardous Chemicals
Many chemicals are hazardous. All products should be handled only by qualified individuals trained in laboratory procedures and familiar with the potential hazards of the chemicals. The buyer is also responsible for the safe disposal of all such compounds in accordance with current legislation.
4Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Seller be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from any use or misuse of the products, even if the seller has been advised of the possibility of such damage. In no event shall Seller's liability exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the product giving rise to the liability.
5Warranty and Returns
Seller warrants materials to be of the stated quality at the time of sale. This warranty is exclusive, and seller makes no other warranty, express or implied. The buyer must inspect goods immediately on receipt and inform the Seller of any shortage or damage within ten days. Quality problems must be notified within one month of receipt. Return shipments will not be accepted without prior permission.
6Product Information
